At Medico Store مدكو ستور, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and submit your request.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
